Reviews Policy

How we collect reviews

Home Heatwear Ltd (trading as The Heat Robe) uses Judge.me to collect and manage product reviews. After a purchase has been made and the order fulfilled, we may send a review request by email inviting you to share your experience.

Verified Buyer status

A review is shown as a Verified Buyer review only where Judge.me can confirm it came from a genuine order or review request. Where that confirmation is not available, we do not apply the label.

Negative reviews

We do not hide or remove a genuine review simply because it is critical or negative. Honest feedback helps other customers and helps us improve the product.

Moderation

Reviews may be removed or not published where they are:

• spam or promotional content;
• fake, duplicated or not from a genuine customer experience;
• irrelevant to the product;
• abusive, discriminatory or containing inappropriate language;
• unlawful, defamatory or raising other legal issues;
• containing personal or private information, such as contact details or order data.

Incentives

We do not currently offer any incentive in exchange for a review. If that ever changes, any incentivised review will be clearly disclosed.
