Who we are

The trader is Home Heatwear Ltd, registered in England & Wales, company number 17056715, trading as The Heat Robe. Contact: returns@theheatrobe.co.uk.

Prices

All prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline an order — for example if the item is out of stock or the price was displayed in error — and will refund any payment taken.

Delivery

We ship within the United Kingdom. Standard tracked delivery is 1–3 working days from dispatch. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Cancellation and returns

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. You may open the box and inspect the robe as you would in a shop. Refunds, including standard outbound delivery, are issued within 14 days of us receiving the item back.

Beyond that, our 30-day Heat Robe promise accepts returns up to 30 days from delivery where the item is unused and in original packaging, for a full product refund. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty. See our returns page for the full policy.

Faulty goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Where they are not, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund and we cover return postage.

Warranty

Every Heat Robe carries a 1 year manufacturer warranty against defects. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
